History

PT Induktorindo Utama was founded by Mr. Bambang Sarwoadji and Mr. Hardi Hartoko on January 11, 1993 in Jakarta. The company manufactures Sub Assy Electronics (inductive components) and voltage / current converters. The company started its endeavours on small-scale basis. To step up its technical abilities, the company sent some of its technicians to study induction technology in Germany and Hungary. On November 18, 1996, PT. Induktorindo Utama set up a joint venture with a certain German investor, having the status of PMA (foreign investment) company.

On September 1997, PT. Induktrorindo Utama which was based on Taman Semanan Indah Block NC-8, Jakarta moved to Techno Park Industrial Estate, Bumi Serpong Damai Kav. A-5, Tangerang covering 10,125 sqm of land and 4,590 sqm of building. This location are highly feasible for further development toward the free market era time to come. In order to make a solid distribution network for global and regional and to anticipate local market request developments, we have built up some subsidiary companies both local and abroad. Incorporated since October 1998, Induktor USA, LLC., located in 197 Beaverdam Access Road, Stratford, Connecticut (CT) 06614. The line of business is product distribution in USA, Canada and South America and to gain a market access in the American mainland.

Incorporated on June 1999 in Tangerang, Indonesia, PT. Induktor Intiniaga Mandiri, located in German Centre Building 6th Floor, Jalan Kapten Subijanto DJ No.1, BSD, Tangerang; then moved to Techno Park Industrial Estate BSD, Kav. E-3, Tangerang 15314. The line of business is metal sheet working (making customized panel box, etc), toroidal core production, and become distributor for Synflex products in Indonesia.
